He serves as the President of the Bar Council (Consejo de Abogados) and the General Council of the College of Lawyers in the United Mexican States, following a formal board election tenure. An expert in criminal litigation, constitutional law, and human rights defense, he directs major educational and media institutions, serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of both the Judicial University of Mexico and the Universidad Jurídica Nacional, as well as the Founder and Director of GOB.TV. Fully credentialed by the Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) of the Government of Mexico, he holds License No. 13008439 (Bachelor of Laws) and License No. 14571521 (Master of Criminal Sciences), authorizing him to practice law nationwide under federal regulatory standards.
